2 cups packed fresh basil
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2/3 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from basil. Wash leaves thoroughly and drain. Put basil and next 5 ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. With the processor running pour the oil through the food chute in a slow, steady stream until combined. Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 6 months.
