3/4 lb grated sharp cheese
1 (3 oz) pkg soft cream cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire
Chili powder or paprika

Directions:
Make ahead. Combine cheese, salt, pepper, garlic salt, Worcestershire. Use electric mixer.
Shape into 2 logs, on waxed paper. Roll each log thoroughly with chili powder. Let ripen.
