4 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese
1 (5 oz) dried beef
1 TBS garlic salt
1 TBS pepper
6 green onions, chopped
3 TBS mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1 loaf Shepherd's Bread, unsliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the top off loaf. Pull insides out. Save. Mix all ingredients together except bread.
Fill loaf cavity with cheese mixture. Replace top. Wrap in foil. Bake on cookie sheet at 300º for 90 min.
Use the chunks of bread from inside for dipping. You can also use carrots, celery, etc. Delicious.
