12 large mushrooms
3 TBS butter
1 garlic clove (optional)
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
3 TBS Hellman's mayonnaise
3 TBS grated Parmesan
Dash Tabasco
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms and discard. Dip mushrooms in melted butter in which garlic has been sauteed.
Line bottom of flat casserole with mushrooms. Cook spinach as directed. Drain liquid. Add remaining ingredients to spinach, mixing thoroughly. Fill mushroom cap cavities with spinach mixture. Bake in 350 oven approximately 20 minutes.
