2 bunches green onion
1 cup bulgar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. black pepper
12 tbsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash parsley throughly by soaking in a sink of cool water repeating until water stays clean. Pluck parsley off of stem as close to top as possible leaving as little stem as possible.
