1 small onion, chopped
1 quarter green pepper, diced fine
1 TBS bacon drippings
1 c. uncooked rice (not precooked kind)
1 c. chicken broth
1 can consomme
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp powdered cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in lg skillet with drippings and a cup of rice. Add broth and consomme and other ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 min or until all juice is absorbed.
