1 lb. ziti
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced or crushed tomatoes
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 green pepper, sliced thinly
2 tbl. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tbl. chopped garlic
1 tbl. Montreal steak seasoning
1 c. parmesan cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Cook ziti according to directions. Drain

In a skillet, cook onions and peppers in the olive oil until tender. Add the oregano, basil, garlic, steak seasoning. Stir well. Add the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the pasta to the onion and pepper mixture. Add the parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.

Place pasta mixture into baking dish, top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 1/2 hour at 350º or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
