1 pound catfish fillets
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon worcestershire
pepper and cinnamon, pinches

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and worcestershire, pepper and cinnamon. Marinate fish in the marinade overnight. Place fish on an oiled wire broiler and broil over medium coals about 10 minutes each side or 18 minutes in oven.
