Dill
Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put equal parts vinegar and water in pot and bring to a boil. Place washed okra in to clean, hot jars. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dill and 1 or 2 peeled cloves of garlic in each jar. Add okra and fill with water to 1/4 inch of top. Remove air bubbles and adjust two-piece cap, medium tight. Process for 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
