5 C Water
5 C White Vinegar
1/4 C Rock Salt
1 T White Sugar
A handful of Hawaiian Chili Peppers
Fresh Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the water, vinegar, salt, and the sugar.
Mash the chili peppers and the garlic.

Combine and pour this mixture into bottles. Ready to serve.

Soak the dried opae into the chili pepper water just before you are ready to eat. Got to have the poi and the dry opae!
