Ingredients:  
1 C oil
2 1/2 C sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups flour
2-3 tsp pumpkin pie spices
3/4-1 C nuts

Directions:
Directions:
BEAT TOGETHER: oil, sugar, eggs, then ADD: baking soda, salt, flour, pumpkin pie spices. Beat until mixed well. Place in bread pan and rub butter on the top. Bake until brown at 350 Degrees F.
Alternate:
Make Flour mixture with 2 cups mashed squash (or 2 cups pumpkin-If you use pumpkin, add a bit of water to mixture)
