2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sifted flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot combine butter with flour, thoroughly. Add milk gradually, stirring vigorously. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat. Add salt. Cook 1 minute longer, stirring constantly. Yield approx 1 cup.
