6 chicken breasts, 16 oz sour cream, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 T. poppyseed, 2 sleeves ritz crackers, 1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or bake chicken breasts until done. Then, chop or pull apart with hands. Mix together sour cream, soup and poppyseed. Grease 2 quart casserole dish. Cover bottom with crumbled ritz crackers. Add chicken. Pour sour cream mixture over chicken. Top with more crumbled ritz crackers. Pour butter over crackers. Bake at 350, approximately 45 minutes.
