Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box biscuit baking mix (like Bisquick, but regular flavor) can also be reduced fat (helps with the calories!)

1lb. pkg uncooked sausage (can be any flavor you wish, but regular Italian works best. It can also be turkey sausage, which is just as yummy)

2 cans condensed cheddar cheese soup (can also use other flavors of condensed soup such as cream of mushroom or cream of celery, but cheddar cheese works best)

Directions:
Directions:
Take the "skin" off of the sausage links (you can just squeeze the sausage meat out of it) and place in a large bowl. Add the 2 cans of cheddar cheese soup and 4 cups of the baking mix. Hand mash together until well mixed (I suggest using a pair of disposable gloves for this part because it gets pretty messy). Roll the sausage mixture into 1" balls, using a tiny bit more of the baking mix to get it to stick together if needed. Place the sausage balls on an ungreased baking sheet about 1.5" - 2" apart. Bake at 350ºF - 375ºF (depends on oven) for about 15 mins, and check every couple of minutes thereafter by sticking a toothpick in the middle of a sausage ball to see if it comes out clean. Once the toothpick comes out clean and before they burn on the bottom, they're done!

I made this for Thanksgiving last year and they were gone in a matter of minutes. I made them again for Christmas and everyone loved them!
