Kraut-Chicken Parmesan
2 pounds chicken cutlets
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
1 14 oz can sauerkraut
1 15 ½ oz canned Tomato sauce
Oil
¼ teaspoon each oregano, sage, thyme and basil
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pound chicken until thin. Combine herbs and bread crumbs. 2. Dip chicken into eggs then into breadcrumbs. 3.Place chicken into baking dish and cook at 400 degrees until done 4.Pour sauce on top of chicken then cover with sauerkraut. 5.Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake until hot in a 350 degree oven. 6.Top with Mozzarella and bake about 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
