6 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbs sugar
2 Cups flour
1 jigger cream (or half and half)
2 tsp baking powder
1 jigger whiskey
pinch salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar; add rest of ingredients with flour last. Knead until dough blisters. Roll thin and cut into 4" strips. Cut slot in center and pull through. For frying, mix Crisco oil with 2 tablespoons of solid Crisco. Fry and drain on brown paper. Dust with 10X sugar.
