1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough

1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

4 c. tart apples (cut up)
1 can lemon-lime soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

caramel ice cream topping
chopped pecans

Press cookie dough into a greased 14" pizza pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 until done. Cool on a wire rack. Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread over cooled cookie crust. Mix apples with soda. Drain well. Toss apples with cinnamon. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Drizzle caramel ice cream topping over it all. Sprinkle chopped pecans over all.
