2 Eggs
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
3 Tbsp Melted Butter ( only butter!)
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
2 C. Buttermilk
2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until frothy.
Add Brown Sugar and Salt
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. You may need to add additional buttermilk to make them "pourable". Cook on greased griddle ....I add family favorites - pecans, blue berries, chocolate chips..etc
