4 small chicken breasts
1/4 cup of white wine
2 T mustard
1 T garlic paste
3 lemons
Salt, pepper, and oregano
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
6 T of butter (or oil)
2 onions finely chopped
1 T wheat flour
2 chicken bullion

Mix chicken with wine, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano and marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Put 1/2 cup of water to boil in low-medium heat, add sugar, and pineapple. Boil for 15 minutes in low heat to make pineapple sauce.

Heat butter and fry chicken until golden brown. Take chicken out. In this oil sweat the onion for a few minutes.

Mix 1 cup of water with flour and pour in a pan to boil, add chicken bullion, and pineapple sauce. Bring to boil in medium heat. Add chicken. Simmer covered for 30 minutes. Check and stir often.

Serve hot.
