Ingredients:  
1/2 cup sorghum
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp soda
pinch of salt
1 egg
enough flour for stiff dough
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except flour, add flour to make stiff dough, roll out on floured board and cut into circles. Bake at 400º, about 10-12 minutes. Yield: 5-6 doz small cookies.
