2 slices of bread
2 slices of cheese (if you must, then American cheese)
2 t butter, at room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet. Butter one side of both pieces of bread. Place one piece of bread butter side down into the pan. Place pieces of cheese on bread in pan. Place other piece of bread, butter side up, on the cheese. Cook first piece until browned to you liking. Flip and repeat the browning for the second side. Remove from pan and let cool for a few minutes (THE CHEESE IS VERY HOT!!) before serving.
