1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Can 12 Oz Stewed Tomatoes
1 12 Oz. Tomato Paste
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp. Basil
1 Tsp. salt

3 C. Cottage CZ
2 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
1/2 C. Parmesan CZ
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp. Salt

10 Oz Lasagna Noodles
1 lb. Mozzarella Cz

Brown meat and drain fat.
Add blended tomatoe, paste, garlic minced, basil and salt. Simmer 20 minutes.
Cook noodles.
Place 1/2 noodles in baking dish.
Spread 1/2 meat sauce over cottage cz mixture, then 1/2 mozzarella cz
Repeat layers
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes @ 375
Allow it to "rest" before cutting
