1 29 oz. can sweet potatoes
3/4 C granulated sugar
3/4 C dark brown sugar
6 T melted butter
3 eggs
1 C evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/8 tsp. vanilla

Topping
1/4 lb. melted butter
3/4 C brown sugar
1-1/2 C crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:

Mix ingredients well. Pour into casserole dish. Microwave for at least 25 minutes. Mix topping and cover top. Microwave another 5 minutes.
