1-20 oz. pkg. refrigerated prepared potato wedges (such as Simply Potatoes)
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1-14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. coarse salt

Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add potato wedges; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Add cumin, red pepper and tomatoes; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in lime juice and coarse salt.
