1 lb. carrots
1 cube chicken boullion
1/2 cup boiling water

1/4 cup butter
3 medium onions

1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut carrots into strips. Cook carrots, boullion and boiling water for 10 minutes. In a sauce pan saute onions in butter till tender. Then stir in flour, salt, pepper and water. Bring to a boil. Mix in carrots. Add pinch of sugar.
