1/2 c. water
2 tbl. instant coffee
2 c. cut up or small marshmallows
1 c. heavy cream
Pastry or meringue crust

Combine water, coffee & marshmallows.
Stir over low heat until marshmallows are melted. Chill until firm.
Whip 1 C heavy cream, fold into marshmallow mix.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill overnite
