1 (10 oz)Fresh spinach leaves
5 skinless boneless chicken tenders or breasts
½ Cup Sour Cream
1 pinch ground black pepper
½ Cup Shredded Pepperjack Cheese
10 slices of bacon
4 Cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Cook spinach in microwave for 3 min, stirring every minute. Stir in sour cream, pepperjack, and garlic.
3. Lay out chicken breasts on clean surface. Spoon mixture onto each one. Roll up chicken and wrap each with 2 slices of bacon securing with toothpicks.
4. Arrange in shallow baking dish and bake uncovered for 35 min. Increase heat to 500°F or use broiler and cook for additional 5 to 10 minutes until bacon is brown.
