2 boxes frozen broccoli spears, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 - 1 c. Miracle Whip
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. grated cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. croutons (top)
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli as directed and drain. While cooking,
combine soup, Miracle Whip, eggs, onion, salt and
pepper. Add cheese then add broccoli. Top with more grated cheese, then combine 1 stick butter with croutons and cover top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
