3 1/2 cups flour
1 lb. orange slices, chopped
1 pkg. pitted dates, chopped
2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup oleo
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt and set aside.
Cream oleo and sugar and while beating add 4 eggs, one at a time. Combine soda and buttermilk and blend well and add to oleo mixture. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add orange slices, dates, nuts and coconut and blend. Bake in Bundt pan for 1 3/4 hours in 300º oven.

Icing:
1 cup orange juice , 2 cups powdered sugar
Mix well and pour over cake while still hot.
