3 lb. hamburger 1 cup water ½ cup soda crackers, crushed fine ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Mix well and press in flat 9x13 pan; refrigerate overnight. Cut into small steaks and roll in flour; brown in pan. Put in casserole and pour 1 can cream of Mushroom soup with ½ cup water over steaks. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 Minutes
