3 lb. hamburger
1 cup water
cup soda crackers, crushed fine
tsp. salt
tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and press in flat 9x13 pan; refrigerate overnight. Cut into small
steaks and roll in flour; brown in pan. Put in casserole and pour 1 can
cream of Mushroom soup with cup water over steaks. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 Minutes
