Sift flour & sugar together in large mixing bowl. In sauce pan put oleo,
crisco, cocoa & water, bring to a boil. (Rapidly) Pour over dry ingredients & stir well. Add buttermilk, soda, cinnamon, vanilla & eggs which have been
slightly beaten. Mix well. Pour into greased pan.
(16 X 11 or 18 X 12)Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
1 Stick Oleo
4 TBSP Cocoa
6 TBSP Milk
Cook in sauce pan, bring to a boil.
1 Box of powdered sugar (2 cups or a little more)
1 TSP Vanilla
1 Cup pecans (optional)chopped
Pour oleo in sauce pan over powdered sugar & beat well. Add pecans over top
of cake if desired. Make icing kind of thick so it wont run off bottom of cake pan. Frost cake while still hot.
