DRESSING 1 cup salad or canola oil 1 cup olive oil ½ cup Red Wine Vinegar 1 teaspoon garlic pepper 1 teaspoon garlic salt ½ cup sugar Mix well. This is enough for more then one salad. Red onion Lettuce, leaf or romaine or all three 1 cup Parmesan cheese (I only use about ½ cup)
Pour dressing on lettuce when ready to serve enough to coat lettuce. Stir well.
