1 c. peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 c. sugar
Some sugar to sprinkle on top of cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using the palms of your hands, roll well rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork in a crisscross. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake 8-10 minutes in 350º oven. Let stand 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Enjoy!!!

These make some yummy cookies. Great to make with kids because there is no flour mess and there are only 4 ingredients! Have fun!!!
