2lbs ribs (country or pork ribs) , half cup water ,one-fourth cup vinegar, one-fourth cup catsup, 1Tbsp soysauce, half cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
flour ribs and brown them in skillet.Heat all other ingredients in sauce pan and pour over ribs. Bake in oven at 250 uncovered 3 to 4 hours.
