Cake:
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 - 1 lb. can cranberry sauce (whole berries)
1 c. walnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. orange juice
Zest of 1 orange

Glaze:
3 tbl. melted butter
1/4 c. cranberry sauce
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bundt pan - Preheat oven to 350º. Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Reserve 1/4 of the cranberry sauce for frosting.

Add cranberry sauce, mayonnaise and orange zest to the dry ingredients, mix well. Stir in orange juice and nuts. Bake at 350º for an hour.
Cool completely.

To prepare glaze, combine melted butter, cranberry sauce and confectioners' sugar, mix well - drizzle over cake.
