1 5 oz jar sharp-cheese spread
1/8th lb blue cheese
1/3 to 1/2 C light cream
1 tomato
3 3 oz pkg soft cream cheese.
For fillings; 1 sm can Ham spread; 1 sm can of Chicken spread; 2 or 3 eggs for egg salad.

Two days before, order a Sandwich type loaf of bread sliced lengthwise 4 times. If needed, trim loaf to rectangular shape. (or order Unsliced and slice lengthwise in as many slices as you wish),

The night before, prepare all the fillings (use your own recipes for making the spreads) Suggestions; mix the Ham salad with diced celery etc; mix the chicken salad with diced olives etc; hard boil the eggs and dice, mix with Mayo & maybe a bit of mustard etc; The next morning, spread Salad mixtures on 3 slices of bread; spread - cheese spread topped with tomato slices on the 4th slice; Whip the cream cheese (adding the light cream as necessary) to spreading consistency, (add optional Blue Cheese, crumbling into small pieces; to taste. Tint with small drop green food color. Frost entire loaf with mix, as with frosting .
