6 large eggs
1 lb (450) gm Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 100 Gm (4 oz) cans of Green Chilies, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 degree F) Crack the eggs into a large bowl and beat. Add the cheese and green chilis. Mix, pour into a 9-13 inch baking dish and spread evenly across the dish. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the casserole has set and lightly browned. Let set a few minutes to finish a light cool-down. Cut into Six squares and serve.

Yield 6 servings.
Per serving: 68 Calories; 4 gm fat (63.2% calories from fat); 5 gm protein; 1 gm Carbohydrate; 0 gm dietary fiber; 186 mg Cholesterol; 55 Sodium
