1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1-1/2 c. monteray jack cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can crabmeat, drained
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 tbl. horseradish mustard
2 tbl. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. hot-pepper sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl combine cheeses, mayonnaise, crabmeat, artichokes, horseradish mustard, parsley and pepper sauce. Spoon into a pie plate or tart pan. Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly. Serve with crackers.
