8 oz. medium noodles
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 - 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
2 tablelspoon butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles and drain. Brown ground meat . Stir in tomato sauce. Remove from heat.

Comobine cheeses and sour cream, onions and peppers.

Spread half of noodles in shallow casserole. Cover with cheese mixture, then the rest of noodles, then meat mixture. . Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter on top of the meat mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
