1 can chili
1 can hot tamales
1 grated onion
2 cloves garlic, grated
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
Tabasco (a little)
1 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar is better than Velveeta)


Medium chafing dish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and melt all ingredients together very slowly so that
cheese won't scorch. Melt either on top of stove or in microwave. Then serve in chafing dish. Serve with tortilla chips.
