2 10-oz pkgs. Spinach, cooked and drained well
½ C butter
1 C grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz pkg cream cheese
2 C fresh mushrooms sauteed in a little butter,
OR
1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese and butter into spinach. Blend well. Place mushrooms or artichoke hearts in the bottom of an 8x8 pan. Spread spinach mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Or until bubbly. Serve on crackers or baguette rounds.

Also delicious as a filling for fillo dough. Roll in fillo before baking. Follow fillo package directions.
