2 lbs. Squash - Grated
1 Onion
2 - 3 Carrots
8 oz. Pepperridge Bread Crumbs (Herbal)
1 Block of Cheese (Mild)
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 stick of Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grate Carrots and Squash together
Boil, salt & pepper to taste
Drain
Add stick of Butter, Onion, can of Cream of Chicken Soup, Sour Cream, Bread Crumbs, Cheese (save some cheese for top)

Cook until done (brown)
