2 cups of warm water

Combined the above ingredients and mix in mixer with dough hook for 8-10 minutes at medium speed. At this point it is better to have a large container and place the sponge in a bucket or large container and cover with plastic. It is better if you put the container with the sponge in a food safe plastic bag. ( Large garbage bag)and let sit at room temperature for at least 15 hours.
