2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 - 1" thick white bread slices
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons strawberry jam
4 ounces thinly sliced cooked turkey
4 ounches thinly sliced ham
8 - swiss cheese slices
powdered sugar

Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in shallow dish. Dip both sides of bread slices in egg mixture.

Melt butter in a large skillet; add bread slices and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Spread 1 tablespoon strawberry jam on 1 side of each bread slice; top evenly with turkey, ham, and cheese. Place on a baking sheet.

Broil 5 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
