1 - 3 oz. pack lime jello
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup evaporated milk
1 9 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tablespon lemon juice
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool slightly. Stir in milk and chill until thick but not set. Add pineapple, lemon juice, cottage cheese, nuts and mayonnaise. Blend well. Pour into greased mold and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
