1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 medium onion, minced
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup ketchup.

Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in oil in saucepan 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients but ketchup. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, add ketchup. Cook, stirring occasionly, until thickened, about 15 minutes.
