1 - box jumbo pasta shells
2 - 10 oz. boxes spinach
2/3 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 cup romano or pamesan cheese
1 - egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teapsoon minced garlic
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells per directions on package. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Cook or defrost spinach in microwave. Squeeze out the liquid. Mix spinach with cheeses, egg, garlic and olive oil. Mix well. Stuff shells w/ 2 - 3 tablespoons spinach mixture.

Pour 1/2 - 3/4 cup sauce in bottom of 9 x 12 dish. Put in shells on sauce. Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Freezes well.
