2 Tablespoons oil
1 cup raw rice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 small oniion, grated
1 t. salt
1/2 t. cumin
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in saucepan; add rice and saute until golden. Add garlic and onion and saute until onion is clear. Add salt, cumin, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes; covered; do not stir. Cook until liquid is absorbed. Stir before serving with a fork.
