Cake:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix dry ingredients.

1-1/4 c. oil
4 beaten eggs
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped nuts

Icing:

3-4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Few drops of coffee (or milk)
Mix well

Cake:

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Add oil & eggs to dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Add carrots & nuts. Mix well.
Pour into greased Bundt pan.
Bake for 1 hour.

Icing:

Spread on completely cooled cake.
