1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
2 medium chopped onions
1 tsp. garlic powder
1-1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 large can tomato sauce
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 quart water
5 bay leaves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tbsp. salt


Directions:

Simmer for 3 to 4 hours.

Serve over spaghetti noodles, topped with shredded Cheddar cheese and oyster crackers.
